THE BUFFY YEARS

• Came to {{Sunnydale}}, California as {{Watcher}} to BuffySummers and {{Faith}} in SeasonThree. Was supposed to replace RupertGiles but proved generally incompetant and ineffective at his duties.
• Often flirted nervously with CordeliaChase until they finally kissed. The disastrous kiss put an end to the attraction between them.
• Was fired by the WatchersCouncil for his failure in Sunnydale.

THE LOS ANGELES YEARS

• First appeared in LosAngeles in AtSSeasonOne. Claimed to have spent the past few months as a "rogue demon hunter."
• Filled the gap at AngelInvestigations left by FrancisDoyle, first awkwardly but then with more confidence.
• An expert at demon languages, both written and spoken. Often doubts his own translating abilities but is usually more right than wrong.
• Wesley does not get along well with his father. It is suggested in one episode that he was "terrorized" by him.
• Alienated himself from {{Angel}} and the MoG in AtSSeasonThree by kidnapping Angel's son {{Connor}} in a failed attempt to thwart the prophecy "The father will kill the son."
• Re-integrated into the MoG after recruiting {{Faith}} to capture {{Angelus}} in the AtSSeasonFour episode {{Salvage}}.
• Dated socialite VirginiaBryce in AtSSeasonTwo.
• Has an unrequited love for FredBurkle.
• Engaged in a steamy sexual liason with LilahMorgan.
