His mother, HelenShingler?, is an actress best known for her role as Madame Maigret in the BBC series "Maigret." His father, SeafieldHead?, is a documentary producer who created the British production company known as Verity Films. His older brother MurrayHead is a recording artist.
Tony lives in Timsbury, near Bath, with his partner SarahFisher? and their two daughters Emily Rose (born 1989) and Daisy May (born 1991).
